Do something different today...

I challenge you to do something different today.

Why don't we ever challenge our professors in what they're teaching?
Why do we eat dessert last?
Why are work hours always 9 to 5?
Why do people email the person sitting beside them?
Why do we eat with utensils?

Just think about how normalized life has become. What are you going to do today that is different?

Hey Johnny :D

How are things going in Canada?

I like these questions... I try to do something different as often as I can but I am so stuck in the rutine :S

Wish you all the best in your transition :D

Hope to hear from you soon.

Like not saving the best for last? I try to do that more often now because let's take... food, for example.

Let's you're having an entrée. See, there might be a few items on your plate and you might think "Hmmm, I'm going to save the steak for last". Don't! Since you're really hungry then and not AFTER you're done everything else, you'd probably enjoy the steak more if you eat it 'now', right? Plus, it'd be less warm by the time you get to it. =)

Hi John, I came across this entry of your blog when searching for random topics online. :D

I can't help answering these questions:
- I always do
- I quite often don't
- Mine is almost never 9 to 5
- Hahaha this one's particularly funny to me, 'cuz there's a time when I do this everyday, and sometimes we notice and talk about it...

There's nobody sitting beside me to email to today.
